Returns & Refunds


At Sharra Frank Mosaics, I want you to feel supported, inspired, and delighted with the products and classes you purchase. Because many items are custom-designed, limited edition, or digital, please review the policies below before placing your order.

Physical Products: Frames, Kits & Supplies

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted and limited-edition mosaic materials, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully and reach out if you need help selecting the right product for your project.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your order should arrive safely and in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery. 
Email photos of the packaging and the item to hello@sharrafrank.com 
I’ll make sure you receive a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me and I will help initiate an investigation with the carrier. Resolutions depend on the carrier’s policies but I will always work with you to find a solution.

Digital Products & Online Classes

Because online classes include instant access to digital videos, downloads, and resources, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

In-Studio Class Policies

Due to limited space in the in-studio classes we enforce a cancellation policy.
If cancelled 14+ days before the date of the class, there is a 50% refund. 
Within 14 days of the class: refund only if your space is filled, minus $50 processing fee.
No refunds within 7 days of the class.
Full refund if the class is cancelled.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as many items are prepared, packaged, or shipped quickly.

Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@sharrafrank.com to discuss exchange details.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.


Refunds for Prints and Original Artwork

All sales of Sharra’s prints and original mosaics are final.

Each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork, and I take great care to describe and photograph each item accurately so you can feel confident in your purchase.
