Shipping Times
Frames, Kits & Supplies
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days.
During busy seasons, new product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one once your package is shipped with tracking information.
We are a small, dedicated team and take great care in packing each order with love and attention, our kits and customized materials require highly detailed, hands-on preparation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Domestic Shipping (USA)
All orders ship from Minnesota.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location but most packages arrive within 3-10 business days after shipment.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your label has been created.
International Shipping
Yes! I ship internationally.
Delivery times vary greatly by country and postal service; most orders arrive within 7-21 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT or import taxes required by their country.
Please check your country's import policies before ordering.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office
- Review the tracking updates for clues
- Contact me so I can support you and help start an investigation with the carrier
Resolutions depend on carrier policies, but I will always do my best to help.
Damaged Orders
I pack every order with great care, but if your items arrive damaged:
- Email me within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and the packaging
- I’ll work quickly to replace the item or find a solution
Changes to Your Shipping Address
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional postage costs required to re-ship the order.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide an exchange.
Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@sharrafrank.com to discuss exchange details.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Refunds for Prints and Original Artwork
All sales of Sharra’s prints and original mosaics are final.
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind artwork, and I take great care to describe and photograph each item accurately so you can feel confident in your purchase.
